For employers
Hire engineers who build real hardware
We find, screen, and present mechanical, electrical, mechatronics, manufacturing, and test engineers who fit the role and your team, so you spend your time on the few people worth meeting.
A search partner, not a resume pile
Hiring an engineer for a permanent role is a long-term decision. We start by understanding what the job really involves, how your team works, and what a great hire looks like a year from now.
Then we search, approach, and interview candidates on your behalf, and only put forward people we would hire ourselves.
What you can expect
- One point of contact for the whole search
- A shortlist of candidates we have interviewed
- Clear notes on each candidate's strengths and gaps
- Help scheduling interviews and gathering feedback
- Support through the offer and negotiation
- Check-ins after your new hire starts

“I know what leading robotics and hardware companies look for in an engineer, and I bring that same standard to every search.”

Common questions
What kinds of roles do you recruit for?
We recruit engineers for robotics and hardware companies: mechanical, electrical, mechatronics, manufacturing, and test engineering. Aerospace and EV teams are examples of who we hire for, and we take on other hardware roles too.
Do you fill temporary or contract roles?
No. We focus on permanent, direct-hire placements.
How do your fees work?
We work on a contingency basis, so there is no upfront cost and you pay only when you hire a candidate we present. Our fee is a percentage of the candidate’s first-year base salary, due within 30 days of their start date. We’ll confirm the exact terms on your intake call, and every placement includes our 90-day replacement guarantee.
What if a placement does not work out?
Every permanent placement comes with a 90-day replacement guarantee. Provided payment is received within 30 days of the candidate’s start date, if the candidate is terminated for substandard work performance or resigns voluntarily within the first 90 days of employment, we will provide a replacement candidate. To qualify, notify us within 5 business days of the candidate’s last day of work. This guarantee does not apply in cases of merger, acquisition, or layoff.
